NORMAL ORDER PROCESSING TIME

• We pack the orders during the evenings to ship out the following business day. Any payment received prior to 12AM Eastern Standard time is likely going out next day.

NORMAL DELIVERY TIME – Domestic Shipment

• USPS 1st class: 2-9 days
• USPS Priority mail: 2-3 days
• USPS Parcel Post: 2-9 days
• Fedex or UPS Ground: 2-7 days depending on location

NORMAL DELIVERY TIME – International Shipment

• USPS Global Express International (EMS): 3-5 days (package is trackable online at www.usps.com) - Please ask for a quote on shipping charge if the service is not listed
• USPS Global Priority International: 4-10 days (may be delayed at your Custom)
• USPS 1^st class International: 2-3 weeks (may be delayed at your Custom for clearance)
• Registered USPS 1^st class International: 3-8 weeks (Very slow!)

SHIPPING INSURANCE/POLICY

• USPS domestic shipment: $170 per $50 coverage
• International order of $100 or above requires to be shipped via USPS Global Express International or a registered Airmail service. Buyer is responsible for the extra shipping (depending on locations) or registration (additional ~$11) cost.
• USPS Global Express International (EMS) will automatically cover up to $100 shipping insurance (based on the value claimed on the custom 2976 form).
• Shipping insurance is automatically covered if choose registered mail.

DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

• We will provide the proof of shipments for most of the domestic orders upon request.
• Delivery confirmation/tracking is available for all domestic shipments and NOT provided for USPS Airmail/1st class International mail.
• International order of $100 or above requires to be shipped via USPS Global Express mail, Global Priority mail (not flat rate) or registered mail. Buyer is responsible for the extra shipping (depending on locations) or registration ($11) cost. Alternatively, you may email us to request to have the package shipped via Airmail at a lower sipping cost but you have to agree to assume all risk of possible shipment loss.

WARRANTY

Our dram and flash memories are covered with life-time warranty unless otherwise mentioned on auction listings. Buyer will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning the DOA parts. We will ship the replacement via regular USPS mail (1^st class or Airmail) as soon as we receive the defective parts. For a request of immediate shipment of the replacement without sending back the DOA parts, we will require a deposit of the same auction price (minus shipping) prior to our shipment of the replacement parts. The deposit will be refunded as soon as the DOA parts are received by us.

PAYMENT

It takes about 5-7 working days for payment with personnel or company check to clear from Bank. We will email you as soon as your check is received. Paypal eCheck payment will also take time (about 4-5 days) to clear.
